asks short posts vento aureo au bruno bucciarati spoilers jjba bruno buccellati anons and i gonna rewrite vento aureo I’m not sure this is something I 100% agree should be canon (purely because Bruno is such a major character and I feel like him dying so early on wouldn’t really give him enough screentime), but an AU story or something with this would be really cool (and torturous) in my opinion. Maybe he could grow out of that attitude once he leads?) Giorno could probably then become leader once Abbacchio dies to the Boss and the group becomes more comfortable with him. We see Giorno has good leading skills, but he’s only been in the group for a few days at that point, so I don’t feel like anyone would be too keen on letting him give orders- Abbacchio is the oldest, most experienced person in the group and was also the closest to Bruno, so him being pushed into the role of leader would make generally the most sense (although he would definitely struggle with it, seeing as he seems to prefer taking orders and supposedly only feels worth something if he’s under command from a ‘higher power’. I also feel like the most likely person to become the leader afterward would probably be Abbacchio, personally. It would definitely force Giorno to alter his plan and Trish’s character to develop faster, which I would like. I feel like the group would be heavily disjointed for a little while before finally finding a leader, which would definitely add to the feeling of desperation and what exactly they’d be going up against. I think it would be a shame for such a likable character with a fun stand to be dropped that early in the story, but I would honestly be curious to see how Vento Aureo would be altered with that event. I do think that would be an interesting change to the story.
